I am a 5th-year veterinary medicine student at the Royal Veterinary College with a particular interest in cardiology, surgery and innovation.

During EMS and rotations, I wanted to have my notes organised, but with multiple patients and what feels like endless information to add, my notebook quickly turned into chaos…

One evening, I saw my roommate using an ophthalmology clinical exam template - I thought, why not have all of my patient's notes organised in a similar way within a notebook?

That very evening, I started drafting the templates and now it’s used by more than 150 students across multiple veterinary universities.
