These terms govern all sales made through this site to consumers. Placing an order means you accept them. They are available at any time on this page and we recommend saving a copy.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund you in full.
All notebooks are £24.99 each. Multi-buy prices apply automatically to any mix of colourways and versions: £44.99 for two and £64.99 for three, and larger orders are priced from the best combination of those (four are £89.98, five £109.98, and so on). Prices are shown in pounds sterling, inclusive of applicable VAT, and the total including delivery is displayed before you confirm payment. VAT is applied according to the rules of the destination country.
Delivery is charged separately: £3.49 standard (2–3 days) or £6.95 tracked 24-hour.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If a price is shown incorrectly we will contact you before dispatch, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders are dispatched from France. We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Portugal. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import charges set by the destination country.
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under articles L221-18 and following of the Code de la consommation. How to exercise it, including the model withdrawal form, is set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
All goods are covered by the statutory guarantees that apply regardless of anything in these terms:
If a notebook arrives damaged, misbound or not as described, contact us and we will replace or refund it at our cost.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
VetCo notebooks are a record-keeping tool for veterinary students and professionals. The reference material printed inside is provided for convenience only and is not clinical advice. You remain responsible for your own clinical decisions.
Please contact us first — most problems are settled in an email. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, as set out on the Legal Notice page.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in another country of the European Union or in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
